Naples FL – This Week’s Sales Activity Report (9/29/12)

I think I am onto something important here.  In our report for 9/15/2012 we reported 22 sellers increased their asking price, by the 9/22/12 report,  36 sellers increased their price – this last week 49 did !  We have not started our season yet, but these sellers who have been waiting the last 4 years are now taking advantage of the low inventory and the high sales activity and not waiting for the winter buyers.

This Week’s Activity (9/29/2012):

NEW LISTINGS:              224  Hot new listings on the market this week  ( 259 last week )

UNDER CONTRACT:      216  Homes went under contract this week   (  223 last week )

                                             Lowest Price:  $59,900            Highest Price:  $2,995,000

SOLD:                                166  Proud new owners  ( 156 last week )

                                             Lowest Price:  $50,000             Highest Price:  $3,500,000

* *  49 Sellers increased their asking price this week * *   

To-Date Sold in 2012:   

A total of 6,860 homes sold this far in 2012 – 302 were over $1M –  109 over $2M  – 92 over $3M                                                                                                                                   

Here is a list of some serious sellers on the market in Naples today.  They have reduced their asking price more than once and ready to make a deal.
