Naples FL – Full Speed Ahead!  N0 Bridges to the Gulf of Mexico

No bridges to the Gulf!  There are three main passes to the Gulf of Mexico for boaters in the Naples, FL area.  Two of those, Gordon Pass and Doctors Pass have no bridges to restrict your boat height or mast height for sail boaters.  The third major pass is Wiggins Pass and those boaters south of the bridge at Bluebill Avenue have to be able to clear 19 feet (MHW).

To the south, Gordon Pass is the access from anywhere in Naples Bay to the Gulf of Mexico.  Click on the links below to view  homes for sale in Port Royal, Aqualane Shores, Windstar and the Royal Harbor area.

The middle pass in Naples is called Doctors Pass.  There are some single family homes in The Moorings and Coquina Sands with the coveted feature of no bridge access for boaters to the Gulf of Mexico.  These houses are found on certain sections of Mooring Line Drive, Bow Line Bend, Bow Line Drive, Windward Way and Leeward Lane.  Click on the link below to see single family homes for sale in these neighborhoods:

There are also condos on the market for sale located on Moorings Bay with no bridge access for boaters through Doctors Pass.  These condos offer some of the best value in the entire Naples area for boaters.
