We’re Not in Kansas Anymore!

Dear Dorothy – please let us know when you will be in Naples, Florida to see homes for sale. Many of the houses that you’ve chosen as favorites require an appointment and I will have to make arrangements well in advance of your arrival. Some of the listings require a 24 hour notice, many need the listing agent to accompany our showing and sometimes I will need to pick up a key at another broker’s office on the other side of town. For certain, I will need to coordinate all of the showing appointment times and map out a logical route so that you have the opportunity to see all of the homes on your list.

Even the Wizard of Oz will not be able to arrange for a home showing without advance notice. You know your travel plans – share them with us so we can all make the very best use of the time while you are in Naples. A successful approach is to allow us the opportunity to show you homes for sale during the first couple of days in town. It gives you a chance to get your bearings, time to absorb what you’ve seen and the opportunity to do some driving around on your own with some knowledge under your belt. Starting early also gives you the opportunity to revisit your favorite homes for a second look.
