Here are some search tips that will help you focus on the homes or condos for sale that would fit your criteria:
- Use the “Advanced Property Search” feature that you will find in the lower right of the Home Page under “Quick Links.”
- You can really zero in homes or condos that would be of interest to you if you already know the Development or the “Sub Condo” (a neighborhood or a particular condo building within a community/development or area).
- By using the control key on your computer (or the command button for you iMac users), you can select more than one description of “waterfront.” As an example, if you want to view condos in Park Shore that are either on the Gulf beach or on the bay, you can select both waterfront descriptions to view everything on the water.
- Only want pet friendly condos? Here is a tip that gets you halfway there to finding “Paradise”
for both you and Fido and eliminates falling in love with a condo that looks fabulous from the photographs…….only to find out the building does not allow pets. Use that control or command button to select ALL of the options for pet friendly: Limits, No Approval Needed and With Approval (Now, after you have looked at the results of your search, you will need to call us to find out the exact pet policy for specific buildings.)
