The public schools associated with this community are Poiciana Elementary School, Gulfview Middle School and Naples High School. Just around the corner on Livingston Road is the private school, Community School of Naples. Olde Naples, Fifth Avenue South, the Naples Pier and Thrid Street South are all just minutes from your home in Marbella. The most recent addition to the area is Mercato (located near the intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Tamiami Trail) which is loaded with restaurants, shops, a movie theater, nightlife hotspots, boutiques and the Whole Foods store with Trader Joe’s just up the street. The only restriction is regarding breeds with a reputation for being aggressive. Naples is a very pet friendly town but do check with us regarding the rules in different communities and condominiums.
