What’s Going on Nearby the Marbella Lakes Community?

Marbella Lakes enjoys a central location with easy access to so much surrounding the community.  With the entrance just off Livingston Road, you don’t have to contend with the heavy traffic (by our standards of a seasonal resort town) of some other routes in the area. Residents have all of the necessities and conveniences close by, the beach is less than 5 miles away and with Naples being the Golf Capital of the World you are never far away from a hundred courses.  The public schools associated with this community are Poiciana Elementary School, Gulfview Middle School and Naples High School. Just around the corner on Livingston Road is the private school, Community School of Naples. Olde Naples, Fifth Avenue South, the Naples Pier and Thrid Street South are all just minutes from your home in Marbella. The most recent addition to the area is Mercato (located near the intersection of Vanderbilt Beach Road and Tamiami Trail) which is loaded with restaurants, shops, a movie theater, nightlife hotspots, boutiques and the Whole Foods store with Trader Joe’s just up the street. There will never be a lack of things to do!

Is this a Pet Friendly Neighborhood?

If you buy a home in Marbella Lakes and you want to bring your furry friend, that’s okay. The pet policy in this neighborhood allows for two pets.  The only restriction is regarding breeds with a reputation for being aggressive.  Naples is a very pet friendly town but do check with us regarding the rules in different communities and condominiums.  The regulations regarding pet ownership vary from one community to another, one neighborhood to another, one condominium to another and may include restrictions on the number to pets, the types of pets, the weight or height of animals, exclude certain breeds of dogs or have other limitations. Don’t depend on what you read in the MLS or other real estate websites – check with us for accuracy.
