CONTEMPORARY and MODERN ARCHITECTURE in NAPLES, FL

We’re seeing more contemporary and modern architecture coming onto the scene in Naples. And we welcome it! Builders are completing custom designs for clients and being bold enough to bring contemporaries to the speculative market. The architects are coming up with ultra contemporary designs that are appealing and warm by tastefully using natural wood treatments on the exterior and stone elements that harmonize with the straight lines along with plenty of glass, of course. We are seeing new interpretations of beach town cottages, distinctive details of the West Indies modern and transitional coastal contemporaries. Ultra contemporary is in vogue with some beautiful, sophisticated and warm designs coming to life.
