Olde Naples has always been the most expensive and most desired area in Naples.  With quite a number of old Florida homes becoming too old for a remodel/renovation (though some still offer good bones for a remodel with a reputable company), it was expected that the time would come where these homes would be torn down and Olde Naples re-built.  Buyers from all over (nationally & internationally) are rushing into a buying frenzy of anything that is Olde Naples.  Expensive?  Not at all, not … [Read more...]
