Our new home is located at 180 Ninth Street (Tamiami Trail) in the brand new Contessa Building. The presence and luxury of the building in this location will equal the dominant position of Downing – Frye Realty in the Naples market area.
The Downing–Frye name has been around town for more than 50 years. Since its inception, the company has grown to one of the largest independent owned real estate brokerages in the country. Over the years, Downing–Frye Realty has had a string of outstanding accomplishments. In 2004, Downing–Frye was #2 in the country for growth in sales volume and in the top 5 for the year of 2005. Considering that there are more than 25,000 real estate brokerage companies in the country, that is quite an accomplishment in our “little” town of Naples. Since 2004, Downing–Frye Realty has been annually ranked in the top 100 real estate offices in the country based on closed sales volume.
And… It looks like we’ll reach the Billion Dollars sales mark during this summer. We are very excited about our new office, our new hot location (one block away from 5th Ave S), and our record sales numbers.
