Relocation to Florida – Naples, Florida

You haven’t moved to Florida yet? We are still seeing steady migration to Naples, Florida, after the “COVID Land Rush” of 2020 and 2021. With an unprecedented demand for homes and condominiums in Naples and nearby Bonita Springs, we saw inventory shrink and prices soar. Things have cooled off overall, but there are contracts being written every day for buyers relocating to the Naples area.
