Wireless internet, cable TV, beach chairs, beach towels and bikes are all provided for for your convenience.

January: N/A – $6,200/month
Feb. & March: N/A – $6,500/month
April: $1400/week – $5,200/month
May, Oct. & Nov.: $1,100/week – $3,400/month
June, July, Aug. & Sept.: $975/week – $2,800/month
December: $1550/week – $5,700/month
** Minimum 2-week stay in December only.
+ 10% Florida Tax + $100 Office Rental Fee + $185 Exit Cleaning Fee
** Pool Heating (November through March) $80/per week or $200/month
All reservations require a $500 damage deposit (100% refundable if no damage is done to property). We require a 30% deposit to hold reservations and balance in full 60 days before occupancy.

This is a Pet Friendly Rental: Case-by-case – $250 non-refundable pet fee. Exit Cleaning Fee for Reservation with pets is $235.
