New construction is coming back strong in Naples and vacant building lots are very hard to come by nowadays.  If you want to build a new custom home for yourself, then you are competing for property with others of like mind, developers, investors, builders and renovators. 

Consider a “tear down” in The Moorings, Park Shore or Coquina Sands for your new home project. These are homes that can be purchased for the lot value or less – we are talking great locations in some of the top communities in Naples.  Your added cost may be demolition but, the location may be more desirable than that of available vacant lots elsewhere. The benefit in these potential tear downs is the fact that most are in good shape and condition to be enjoyed for a couple of years or as an income property (vacation rental) until your construction plans are ready to execute.  When you think about it, they are a better option than vacant land.
