All Collier County property taxpayers and full-time residents are eligible to receive an annual permit to park at all City of Naples and Collier County beaches for free. City of Naples residents may obtain a free annual beach parking permit from City Hall at 735 8th Street South. Residents must provide proof of residency, specifically, a driver's license and original vehicle registration, both with the same name and address within the city limits. Collier Spay and Neuter Clinic - Low-cost spay/neuter 239-514-7647. There are no income qualifications required. Pets and feral cats from Naples to Bonita Springs are all welcome! In addition to spay/neuter services, CSNC offers wellness appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and low-cost vaccinations at our monthly vaccine clinics, on the last Friday of each month from 9 am-12 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.

Humane Society Naples - Low or no-cost spay/neuter for low-income pet guardians 239-643-1555. In addition to its shelter and adoption functions, The Humane Society Naples conducts numerous outreach programs at schools and to civic or homeowners organizations to promote responsible pet ownership, including pet sterilization.
