All Collier County property taxpayers and full-time residents are eligible to receive an annual permit to park at all City of Naples and Collier County beaches for free. City of Naples residents may obtain a free annual beach parking permit from City Hall at 735 8th Street South. Residents must provide proof of residency, specifically, a driver's license and original vehicle registration, both with the same name and address within the city limits. Collier Spay and Neuter Clinic - Low-cost spay/neuter 239-514-7647. There are no income qualifications required. Pets and feral cats from Naples to Bonita Springs are all welcome! In addition to spay/neuter services, CSNC offers wellness appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and low-cost vaccinations at our monthly vaccine clinics, on the last Friday of each month from 9 am-12 pm on a first-come, first-served basis.
