Early on, Ellie worked on contracts for a real estate attorney which provided a great foundation to become owner and principal broker of a real estate brokerage company in the metropolitan Washington, D.C., area.
She raised her children in Reston, Virginia, and vacationed regularly in Naples, Florida. The magnetic force of the water, the climate, the lifestyle and friendly people was too much to resist not to make Naples her full-time home and place of work as a Licensed Broker. Following his father’s footsteps, Tim graduated from Cornell University. Moving seamlessly from custom home building to a career as a professional REALTOR®, Tim joined forces with Ellie to operate their own real estate brokerage firm in Northern Virginia and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
After 20 years in Virginia and raising four children there, it was an easy decision to relocate full time to “Paradise” for the lifestyle, the climate, the water and the opportunities in a vibrant real estate market.
