Last week we reported 22 sellers increased their asking price during the week ending 9/15/12 – this last week 36 sellers increased their asking price. Trend? Or, just getting ready for season? Will keep an eye. More new listings on the market this week and more closed sales.
The lowest sale this week was a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo (foreclosure) that was priced at $42,000 and closed above asking price at $50,000. The highest under contract this week? $19,800,000!!!
