Ken Dillman, luxury home builder in Naples, Florida comes about his passion for quality construction honestly. It’s in his DNA having grown up in a family home building business. His father, Hal, started the family building business in 1972 with a focus on luxury home construction in Ohio. The example set for Ken was one that included honesty, good communication throughout the building process, building intelligently with durable, low maintenance materials, a high standard of finish and close supervision of hand selected, skilled tradesmen to deliver the best home at the best price.
He carried all of those values and more to his chosen profession and his own company here in Florida. Before graduating from Ohio State University, he gained hands on experience with his father’s subcontractors during school breaks and summer vacations. After graduating from college, he took responsibilities as President of the family building business and was directly in charge of all construction.
As Ken set out on his own, he worked in various capacities for custom home builders as a project manager and estimator. Putting it all together, Ken had a very solid foundation (pun intended) to have started Dillman Construction Company back in the ’80s in Florida.
