Asking prices at this time start below $400,000 for a ground floor one-bedroom to over $700,000 for a two-bedroom penthouse. Expect to pay a premium for the three-bedroom units because that extra bedroom is scarce not just in Bonita Beach Club, but up and down the beaches in our Naples and Bonita Springs area. If you can buy a three-bedroom, do it just for property value and future appreciation.
As you can see from the photos, the views are going to be different throughout the complex. Everybody has some sort of view but the unobstructed western views come with a price.
