We’ve been talking about the low inventory, the reports have been out for 2011 with increased sales everywhere, even though the average sales price did not necessarily increase in every community. New listings are at average numbers, pending at above average and solds at average. The weather has been absolutely gorgeous lately, no wonder the activity is high.
