Market conditions were brisk for single family homes west of Route 41 in 2015. Naples FL – This Week’s Sales Activity Report (9/29/12)
I think I am onto something important here. In our report for 9/15/2012 we reported 22 sellers increased their asking price, by the 9/22/12 report, 36 sellers increased their price - this last week 49 did ! We have not started our season yet, but these sellers who have been waiting the last 4 years are now taking advantage of the low inventory and the high sales activity and not waiting for the winter buyers.
