Audubon Country Club is a prestigious gated golf community made up of fine single-family and estate homes, as well as 36 luxury condominiums. For those choosing to reside in Audubon, you will find homes located on the Club Side at Audubon with the main entrance on the west side of Route 41 (Tamiami Trail) as well as the Bay Side at Audubon, which is accessed from Vanderbilt Drive with grounds that extend all the way west to Little Hickory Bay. This community is truly one of a kind when it comes to the unique custom homes, location west of Route 41, amenities, golfing, tennis and the complete package offered to residents for the best country-club lifestyle.
Audubon Country Club offers residents the lowest density of homes in Collier County with just 375 homes on 755 acres. This allows over 55% of their property to be untouched and dedicated to preserves and wildlife. Within the 755 acres you will find 14 streets that offer custom homes. Audubon is not a “cookie-cutter” community built out by one builder using three different house models. Once a lot is purchased in Audubon, you are able to bring in whatever builder you would like as long as the design meets the community architectural guidelines (colors, minimum square footage, etc.).
Audubon’s biggest selling point has always been its location. You will not find another gated, private country club community that is West of 41 – Audubon offers a unique combination of characteristics that only Audubon residents enjoy. The location is just 2-4 miles from Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, Vanderbilt Beach and Hickory Bay with shopping only minutes away at the Mercato, Coconut Point Mall, Waterside Shoppes and more. The everyday conveniences such as grocery stores, pharmacies, dry cleaner and gas stations are just outside the gates and around the corner. You’ll find yourself in the middle of it all and truly be able to enjoy the Florida lifestyle you are searching for in your dream home.
Since 2008 Audubon has been recognized as a Certified Audubon Sanctuary. Only golf courses that are committed to environmental quality by meeting standards for protecting the environment and wildlife receive this certification.
