The world of real estate in Naples, Florida is different on each side of the main north/south road, Tamiami Trail (aka Route 41). You will hear the phrase “West of 41” many times in every day conversation for lots of good reasons. Yes, there is a premium to be paid for the location but, the lifestyle may be worth the price of admission if your priorities are aligned with the benefits. And you might just be pleasantly surprised at what you can buy for your budget – “Paradise” comes with a price tag but everyone enjoys the best of what Naples offers at any price point.
