There continues to be strong demand for single family homes in the Naples area. The result of there being a limited physical space between Tamiami Trail and the Gulf of Mexico beaches combined with not enough homesites zoned and designated for single family homes is a guarantee of future appreciation for single family homes.

Walking or biking to the beaches, pet friendly properties, and having restaurants, nightlife, shopping, conveniences, sports activities nearby all contribute to an active Florida lifestyle.
