Vanderbilt Lakes is a gated community and the common grounds are always well maintained. Without such amenities as a clubhouse, golf or a fitness center the homeowner association fees are very low for a neighborhood like this and a location west of 41.
The majority of the single family homes in Vanderbilt Lakes have lake views of the main, centrally located lake. All of the single family homes are on one level and most are up to date, pool homes on generous lots. Some of the condos have lake views of the smaller lake on the west side of the neighborhood. All of the condominiums are just two levels so you have the choice of first floor convenience or the vaulted ceilings of the upper level.
Most owners in this community are full time residents, so you will get to know your neighbors here. Great casual gatherings around the lake’s plaza every Oktoberfest and Christmas. Vanderbilt Lakes is also a pet friendly neighborhood.
