It seems the cold weather up north has caused our sales activity to be hot! A very busy real estate week for us here in Naples FL. The activity was with new listings, pendings, and solds. Just yesterday, we had 50 homes go under contract, 54 closed and 112 new listings. If you have been following our weekly activity reports, you will remember that on 9/15/2012 we reported 22 sellers increasing their asking price, and the trend has continued… this last week 68 did!
