Naples FL Real Estate & Homes for Sale – This Week’s Sales Activity Report 

Don’t wait to buy a home in Naples, buy then wait…. I think this should say it all – today 81 new listings came on the market and 82 went under contract… inventory remains low for this time of year and sales activity continues at a strong rate.

According to the latest reporting of sales activity by NABOR (Naples Area Board of Realtors) the overall pending sales in the Naples coastal area increased 14 percent from 1,783 units to 2,037 units, and closed sales increased 10 percent, from 1,615 units to 1,776 units, for the 12-month period ending October 2012.   

Sellers!!  This is the time to come on the market while the inventory is low.

NEW LISTINGS:              220  Hot new listings on the market this week  (187 previous wk)  – 11 of the 220 new listings this week already went under contract)

UNDER CONTRACT:      283  Homes went under contract this week   (221 previous wk )

SOLD:                                 154  Proud new owners  ( 153 previous week )

                                              Lowest Price:  $37,900   Highest Price:  $4,950,000

To-Date Sold in 2012:   

A total of 7,941 homes sold this far in 2012 – 414 were over $1M –  127 over $2M  – 113 over $3M
